Gateway Healthcare Systems LLC offers personal services that include the following:
- 24-hour responsibility for the well-being of resident
- Protective and watchful oversight
- Daily awareness by the management of resident’s functioning and knowing resident’s daily whereabouts
- Making and reminding residents of medical appointments
- Laundry facilities
- Towels/soap
- Toilet tissue Light bulbs
- Bedding (sheets, pillow, and blankets)
- Three (3) nutritious meals and two (2) snacks daily will be prepared by a trained staff
Some services will be discussed with the resident, next of kin, or responsible party for additional arrangements prior to admission into the GHS Personal Care Home.
Transportation
The Gateway personal care will provide emergency and non-emergency transportation to clients in the home. GPC will provide access to a private phone to make and receive calls. Emergency transportation will always be provided or arranged. Courtesy transportation will be provided free of charge for medical, dental, or vision appointments within a 10-mile radius of the personal care home if the client is not eligible for or is unable to arrange alternate transportation. Courtesy transportation for errands, shopping, and activities within a 10-mile radius of the home will be scheduled at the convenience of the home.

NOTE: Some services will be discussed with the resident, next of kin, or responsible party for additional arrangements prior to admission into the GHS Personal Care Home. The Gateway caregivers are all well-trained, licensed, and experienced in the state of Georgia. They have undergone a background check.
